ClipForge is a personal desktop tool that turns long videos from paid clipping campaigns (creators who pay for short clips of their content) into vertical clips, and publishes them to the author's own TikTok, YouTube and Instagram accounts through each platform's official API.
It runs only on the author's computer. It has no external users and offers no service to third parties.
